Harry Maginnis, Minneapolis, a top shot for over 30 years. His proudest win was the Chicago Handicap back in the late 20's with a 97 of 100 from 22 yards, but he did his best shooting at the 1936 Grand American when he placed third in the high-over-all. Harry won every Minnesota title except the handicap. He won the state championship in 1936 with a 196 of 200 of the toughest targets I have seen thrown at our state shoot. (Jimmy Robinson) He held many high offices, which included High Chief of the Sioux Indians; president and secretary of the Minneapolis Gun Club, and he was both President and secretary of the Minnesota State Trapshooting Association.
